Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before pickup is done.
Once pickup is completed, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Refund for Prepaid Orders:
If an order is canceled before pickup, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. Quality Issues:
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Free rewash for eligible issues
Refunds only if rewash is not possible or the issue remains unresolved
4. Damaged / Missing Items:
Reports of missing or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Compensation (if applicable) will be as per our company policy and at our sole discretion.
5. No Refund for Completed Services:
Refunds are not applicable once the laundry service has been completed unless there was a service failure from our side.
6. Mode of Refund:
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method only.
